Our employment agency was founded by TRIZA employment society. Till 1998 it has been called "TRIZA-Zelenograd".At present our name is "TRIZA-SPUTNIK"

Personnel recruitment is done within short terms,with a guaranteed result from 3 to 6 months.The main reason of our stability is individual attention to each partner, constant search of information about qualified specialists of our region and a database of 20 000 specialists who are residents of Zelenograd and of other nearest towns.

We form groups of specialists from various fields of industry, like professional line technicians, leading engineers and production managers. We implement mass-recruitment of warehouse specialists, sales workers, maintenance personnel and other type of personnel. Head-hunting, leasing of specialists and temporary workers is also available.

Since 1997 we have social services department which was created to provide families with elite maintenance personnel. Family personnel: babysitters, housekeepers, hostess, automobile drivers, nurses, private fitness coaches, tutors and other type of workers. There is a 6 months guarantee period for finding the right service person for a family.
